Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stack Menu by Stackgate International. By creating an account, managing your restaurant through our platform, or using any Stack Menu services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account Ownership and Responsibility

The person who registers a business becomes the Account Owner and is responsible for everything that happens within that account.

  • Owners can invite managers, waiters, cashiers, and other staff members.
  • Owners are responsible for all actions performed by users they authorize.
  • Public customer menu links and QR codes are designed for customers and do not require an account.

2. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Stack Menu, but you agree to use the platform responsibly.

  • Only upload content, logos, and images that you own or have permission to use.
  • Do not publish misleading menus, fake promotions, fraudulent offers, or illegal content.
  • Do not attempt to hack, interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems or other businesses using Stack Menu.

3. Availability of the Service

We work hard to keep Stack Menu available at all times, but some factors are outside our control.

  • A stable internet connection is required for real-time ordering and dashboard updates.
  • We are not responsible for missed orders caused by internet outages, power failures, or hardware problems within your business.
  • Occasionally, we may perform scheduled maintenance or platform updates to improve security, performance, and reliability.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Certain features require an active paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan.

  • Subscription payments are billed according to your selected billing cycle.
  • Reminder notifications are sent beginning 7 days before your subscription expires.
  • If payment is not received by the renewal date, your account enters a 5-day grace period during which additional reminders may be sent.
  • If payment is still not received after the grace period, your dashboard, QR menus, and premium services may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.
  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Stack Menu, including its software, interface designs, branding, animations, workflows, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Stackgate International.

  • Your subscription grants you permission to use the platform for your business.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, modify, resell, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Suspension and Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts when necessary to protect our platform and other businesses.

  • Accounts may be suspended for violating these Terms of Service.
  • Accounts may also be suspended for fraudulent activity, abuse, illegal use, or repeated non-payment.
  • Suspended accounts may regain access once outstanding issues have been resolved.
  • If an account is permanently terminated, its dashboard access, QR menus, and related services will be disabled.
